We feel that it is our responsibility to train young adults and therefore contribute to the career advancement of junior staff members.
So, it is important that the apprentices are integrated into the teams and allowed to work as independently as possible. Coached by experienced professionals our apprentices are expected to be interested in and committed to their training period.
