Beverage bases are semi-finished goods, whose ingredients are carefully composed to allow for a reliable and easy production of beverages.
For alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks – beverages with or without juice content – we’ll find the ideal solution for every product type.
Clear as well as cloudy bases are produced in a mature concept for sweetening, colouring and aroma. As their demand is constantly rising, we use also functional ingredients of course, for example vitamins, minerals for sport drinks, tea extracts or dietary fibres for wellness drinks.
The transparency of the drink is the major requirement in the development of colorless and coloured bases for clear beverages. Choosing the right fruit juice concentrate that does not lead to cloudiness or sedimentation in the end product allows the customer to produce clear juices, spritzers, lemonades or trendy near waters.
