When raising the fork or glass to the mouth, the first thing we sense is the aroma of the food – we smell the top note of the aroma. During the meal the full flavor unfolds, we want it to be a festival of aromas and flavors for you!
Fruity, sweet or flowery? We carry the whole palette of flavours: Pineapple, cinnamon or chocolate, we’ve got them all. We specialize in fruity liquid flavours and so-called brown flavours, for example caramel and chocolate flavours.
Our flavourists are able to create the flavours in a way that allows them to take certain factors like the baking process or a high fat content of the product into account, while retaining the desired natural taste of the fruit or berry in question. Just let us know for which product you’d like to use our flavour and we’ll recommend the right one for you!
